Every one of our designs begins its life, is built, and undergoes quality control at our dedicated San Diego studio. Our furniture makers are vastly experienced. We use only the highest quality materials. We carefully source sustainable timber and other raw materials, and can customize any design to your needs.
Cabinet-Tronix uses high-end stainless-steel swivel caster wheel sets which not only make the entire unit more stable, but they keep the wheels, locks and bearings from rusting or breaking. In addition, the cabinet is much easier to move around, and the sturdy wheel locks can hold more weight than the cheaper wheels.
Iroko has light, delicate, interlocking grain that jives harmoniously with contemporary color palates. A top choice of boat builders, natural oils in this plentiful material naturally resist damage from moisture, mildew, insects and rot. Light basalt light stains available in white, gray or flat black do not need regular treatment with oil or varnish to keep the surface looking its best.
To protect the interior electronics as weather changes from high to low and humid to dry, your cabinet comes pre-installed with a power bar surge protector with the highest outdoor rating.
Cabinet-Tronix high quality aluminum tops are fabricated by a company with 85 years of experience and powder coating has been applied by craftsmen in business for over 30 years. Select from white, flat black or gray when you complete your purchase.
Two interior electronic walls with professional electronics and wiring come pre-installed. Both interior boards have sheathings of protective Sunbrella material. Professional commercial grade weather seal stripping locks out moisture.
A door on the back of the cabinet seals and attaches with stainless steel bolts provides easy access into cabinet cavity. We do not recommend burying our TV lift cabinet unless the work is done by a professional electronics contractor.
A Nexus 21 US-made telescoping lift suited to the TV size, weight, and how the furniture is being used will be pre-installed on your TV lift cabinet. The Nexus system has proven itself over 14 years and thousands of units and comes with a 10-year warranty. A durable universal TV mount is included with the TV lift system.
A durable hand-held up and down RF remote control will be pre-installed in your cabinet. If you would prefer to switch out and integrate with an infrared, contact closure or IP remote platform, we can do easily do that.
Your TV lift cabinet system will arrive pre-installed with an infrared repeater system so that you can use your cable box remote without line of site. There will be no external eye on the cabinet.

4 column lift system used
The 360-degree manual swivel can be a game changer. If the swivel is added, the TV and sound bar can be rotated for viewing from various places in your outdoor living area. The swivel can also help with sun glare. The swivel has a safety feature that restricts the TV from being lowered unless it is in the original position.

The sound bar bracket allows for sound to travel up and down with the TV. There is a custom application where the sound bar does not have to travel up and down. If you’re considering this option, please discuss it with the Cabinet-Tronix design consultant assigned to your project.
