Outdoor entertainment shouldn’t just be a summer thing, even as temperatures drop the fall is still a great time to bring family and friends together.

Here’s some great fall BBQ recipes to delight the family and wow friends with this – the perfect accompaniment to an outdoor movie or big game night with one of our stunning outdoor TV lift cabinet designs.

Grilled Pork Chops with Apple-Bourbon Glaze

Bring some of those stunning fall colours to your cookout with this simple and satisfying pork and apple recipe.

Combine 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar, 1tsp salt, 1tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 cup of bourbon and 1 can of frozen apple juice with a glug of olive oil and mix.

Next, coat the pork chops with the glaze and leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Give the chops another coat before heating up your grill.

Finally, cut some large wedges of apple and add them, along with the chops, to the grill.

Serve with rosemary potatoes and some spiced slaw for an amazing dinner.

Lamb Burgers

These patties scream fall flavors! Serve with a side of seasoned sweet potato fries and you’ve got a simple grill meal that the whole family will enjoy.

First, take a large mixing bowl and combine 1 ½ pounds of minced lamb, 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary, ¼ cup of chopped sweet red peppers and a dash of salt and pepper.

Mix well and form the patties using your hands before leaving them to chill for 2 to 3 hours.

Fire up the grill and brush the patties with a good helping of olive oil to prevent them for burning before placing them on the grill and closing the lid.

Cook for 6 minutes for medium rare turning once to keep them juicy.

Rosemary Grilled Chicken Thighs

Rosemary is one of our all-time favorite herbs for fall and combining it with garlic transforms it into an aromatic wonder.

Take 1 tsp of chopped rosemary, 1 garlic clove (crushed), 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of honey and mix in a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper before adding your boneless chicken thighs. Coat thoroughly and leave the chicken in the refrigerator to chill and absorb the flavors.

Once you’re ready to cook, preheat the grill to 350 degrees, add the chicken and close the lid. Cook for seven minutes on each side and enjoy!
