Lift System:

Cabinet Tronix uses the most durable long lasting and up to date lift system available in the market. Whether you use us or someone else… use a rack-n-pinion lift system that has a microchip based remote system. If you do not take our advice… do not expect your lift and remote system to last. Our lifts come with a 3 year warranty however chances are you will not need to use it.

Rack-n-pinion is the most durable lift system you can purchase. It is all metal…completely welded… locks in every movement with thick teeth into the racks like a gear. The lifting process is smooth, stable and quiet.

Some of the other lifts available are cork screw, scissor, magnet, and belt driven style systems. Across the board there have been many problems with installing, maintaining and with the durability of these lift options. The electronic systems and motorized motors are awkwardly sized and shaped which creates major difficulties when designing and building the proper housing to contain the operating system properly.
Cabinet Tronix uses a micro chip based control system which is 5 times more reliable than the relay based systems. The reception is 2 to 3 times better and the infra red and low voltage connectors are also available at no additional cost.

Many well named lift companies still use relay based electronics to drive there remote controls. You could compare this to the older version of your garage door opener remote. The problem is that they go out of whack, break and need replacing 25% of the time! In addition any of the additional infra red, or low voltage inter phase options will usually cost more.

Plasma and LCD Screens:

When you purchase your screen from us you get the screen, mount, cables, and pre-installation all included which is usually priced lower than the retail price of the screen. If you have your own screen plan on spending $1,000 to $1,500 to pay for the mount, cables and for someone (audio video company) to install the screen and accessories into the unit.

When researching to buy screens online do not forget the hidden costs (insurance… 9% of the sale, and shipping up to $300). Also, watch out for screens supposedly being “in stock”, in some situations people have waited six months to receive screens which they had paid for out of pocket. When you add up the products and service you receive from Cabinet Tronix (mount, cables, shipping, insurance, time, and installation) it makes economic sense to purchase the full package from us.

Options Available:

Digital display universal remote will control all your electronic devices attached to the system. No other cabinet maker will be able to provide this toy!

Automated swivel will rotate 180 degrees in each direction via remote. Our swivel has the most up to date technology. You can expect other swivel systems to break 25% of the time. They are not built with the durable components and motors to withstand continual or long term function. This is why most lift companies, especially the new ones, do not carry the automated swivel.

Pre-installation:

When you purchase the screen, lift system and furniture all together your system will be made ready to plug and play. All devices ordered will be pre-installed and tested so when you get it, set up will be easy.

Shipping:

The furniture will be blanket wrapped and the screen will be delivered in its original packaging. Your product can be shipped into any room in the house. Shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

Set Up:

Depending on which unit and how many options you have chosen set up can take as little as 20 minutes. There is no hard installation as all mounts, cables, and devices have been pre-installed. We have over the phone installation staff to assist you with your set up. Please expect to have someone available to help you lift the screen when setting up the system.
