Q: Which designs can I put at the foot of my bed? A: Any of our 60+ designs can be ordered for the foot of your bed! When ordered for the foot of a bed, the front of the furniture faces away from the bed and the TV faces the bed. All of our designs are finished on all 4 sides and the top molding wraps around the back as well – so it looks beautiful when viewed from the bed.
Q: Can the TV rotate to be view on all angles?(360 degrees) A: Yes, we have 2 types of TV lift swivel systems Manual and Automated. Both of these optional systems can rotate 360 degrees and will work any of our 65 plus styles. The Manual swivel option is available only with the Telescoping lift. The automated swivel option is only available with the Rack-n-pinion lift.
Q: Do you keep any designs in stock? A: Yes. we keep our Classic Designs in stock. They come in 2 sizes, 3 finishes and include a component section on bottom. They are finished on all four sides and can be ordered for the foot of the bed or against a wall.
Q: Where can I find dimensions? A: The Classic styles and Modern collections have standard dimensions that listed on our website. However, we can customize any cabinet to suit your needs! The Designer and Modern styles are all uniquely hand crafted for each customer and the dimensions are customizable, based on your specific needs. Just let us know what dimensions are required for your Plasma or LCD lift needs!
Q: What is the largest LCD or Plasma I can use? A: We can customize your TV lift Cabinet to accommodate ANY SIZE Plasma or LCD or LED!
Q: How does the TV get installed? A: The TV is installed onto the lift the same way as it would be installed onto your wall. We use a standard flat TV wall mount. Here are the 4 most common ways our customers install the lift TV system:

Q: How do I control my components when they are hidden in the component section? A: We install an IR repeater system, which allows you to control your DVD player, cable box and other components while they are hidden in the component section. This is included in any of our 65 + designs.
Q: Can you build a custom design that is not on your web site? A: Yes- you’ll want to send us pictures and/or drawings. Call us and we would be happy to help.
Q: Can I buy the Plasma or LCD from you so it will be easy to set up? A: Yes. Please click on the “Plug & Play” link at the top of this page to learn more about this complete package!
Q: Can I have a custom finish to match my furniture? A: Yes. All we need is for you to send us a finish sample to match (or drawer, etc.). Please note there is an additional charge for this.
Q: What type of finishes do you offer? Can you send me finish samples? A: We offer several different finishes for all 3 lines of furniture. To view the full selection of finishes for each line, make sure you visit our Options Page.
Q: What does the back of the TV look like when it is as the foot of my bed? Do the wires and TV show from the back? A: With the Rack-n-Pinion Lift, you’ll see a nice, clean black wall behind the TV when it is up. This way you do not see the back of the TV or any of the cables.
Q: How many components can I fit in the component section? A: The Classic Designs are equipped to hold a DVD player and cable/satellite box in the bottom component section. The Modern and Designer styles are all made to order, therefore the component have standard sizes. However, these dimensions can be customized for you as an additional option.
Q: What if I live in New York and you are in San Diego? A: We have been serving customers across the globe for over 6 years. In fact, more than 90% of our customers live outside of California.
Q: Do you sell to International customers? A: Yes. We will configure the lift TV furniture for your country’s power needs: 220V, etc. We also provide you with a power receptacle localized to your country. Our Telescoping Lift has some restrictions concerning power options.
Q: What type of plasma lifts or LCD lifts do you use? A: We offer two types of motorized lift systems.
Q: Do you provide white glove delivery service? A: Yes. The shipping company we use for US deliveries specializes in blanket wrapped shipping for antiques and custom luxury furniture nationwide. They will hand carry your furniture into any room of your home. This shipping option can take up to 14 business days (location and weather permitting) to receive.
Q: What do you need to know to help us help you? A: Style of furniture you had in mind. TV dimensions with out stand (WXHXD), model or an idea of the size you’re looking to use? Will you need a component section to house your DVD and cable box (or more)? What position: Foot of bed, against the wall or other? Will you need a swivel system? Other aspects of the project can come later.

Q: What types of wood do you construct your furniture with? A: For our Classics and Designer lines we generally use Alder and Birch woods. The Modern line is available in Mahogany, Maple, Walnut and Cherry veneers. As always, custom requests can be made by contacting us. |
